Scope, fees, payment terms, cancellation rights, ownership, and other client obligations are governed by that separate signed contract. Information on this site does not replace or modify a signed client agreement.
Intellectual property
The site design, copy, graphics, branding, photos, videos, and other materials are owned by Elevare Agency or used with permission. You may view the site for personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without written permission.
Results and rankings
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, market conditions, budget, platform changes, customer demand, and client participation. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, lead volume, revenue, review counts, audience growth, or other results.

Limitation of liability
